Today we started a new book called Fences by August Wilson. The book takes place in the 1950s and the main character is around 14 years old. Im really looking foward to the book as it bring lights onto the life of a colored person in the 50s.
November 17
Today what we did was finish watching the film and i really enjoyed it. The story of the 4 kids and how they get to school was very good and it shows that not everyone gets to school the same way. It also showed what the kids want to do when they grow up and what their motivation to go to school is.

Today what we did was a assesment for the rockpile.Then watched a documentary about how these 4 kids get to school. I really like the film so far because its showing me how people from around the world is going to school.
